Yes, and opt-in participation is core to any good game. To get opt-in consent 
to record during public events, what we do at www.AgileBoston.org is link event 
registration with consent bia Ground Rules. If you register, you are 
consenting, otherwise dont register. 

We thereby get consent with each registration. 

The folks attending (not just those authorizing the event) need to be 
consenting right? otherwise, isn't that video-recording activity actually 
closing some space?
