I agree with Suzanne - well worth the read. And although I know you all deeply admire my opinion :o), the name of the article is "Welcome to the Failure Age!", and it looks at how quickly this age of innovation also turns successes into failure and a faster loop of change, and suggests we'll also need to adjust our social institutions accordingly.
