The Creative Economy - New Management Practices for the 21st century (November
13-14, 2014)
For anyone and everyone interested in the increasingly chaotic world of work,
this forum promises some juicy presentations. Gary Hamel, Steve Denning, are
among the cast of speakers. It is being live streamed free, sponsored by our
friends at Scrum Alliance. If you are on Eastern Standard time, you may spend a
couple of sleepless nights though it will be retransmitted 10 hours later in
daytime hours. In Vienna where this is being held, it starts at 9 am on the
13th in about 6 hours from now.
Hopefully there will be talk about self-management and self-organization. Both
Hamel and Denning have written extensively on the topic citing some amazing
organizations like Morning Star, Sun Hydraulics in my backyard in Sarasota and
W.L.Gore.

We live in exciting times...space was always open though often it didn't feel
