Chris: I forgot to mention one thing regarding my story of 1st United Methodist Church and OST, most of my work for this event came into play in keeping nervous folks (mainly the clergy of the church) from giving direction or trying to influence the event. Like most of us at the beginning, we don't want to let go of that control. Multiply that ten times for clergy.
