Chris, I will be facilitating an Open Space in a Scottsdale, Arizona Episcopal church on Jan 20. The Open Space follows a system-wide Appreciative Inquiry. It is being sponsored by the Vestry and Rector as their main input and planning event scheduled immediately after their Annual Meeting - the entire congregation is invited to focus on the theme, "How do we use our many talents and gifts to do God's work?"
