Susan, Regarding videotaping. In a company OS program I did, the sponsor asked permission of the group at the beginning to do the video. If anyone didn't want their discussion to be taped, they could simply make the request to the camera man. The camera man got totally involved in the process, enabling with practical tasks, keeping the space cleaned up and inviting. At the end of the 2 days h was asked by the participants to join the closing circle and was deeply moved. I have no idea what they ever did with the video!
