2 days (3 hours each day) 20 Issues posted I was the facilitator and (against all odds) was a frequent contributor. It worked . . . We emerged with a vision, MANY actionable items, and just as many items for future discussion and/or small Open spaces. The tempo of our Re-org necessitated this "emergency" Open Space and ALL of the "pre-conditions" for OST were present - Complexity, Diversity, Potential for conflict, the need for resolutions YESTERDAY . . . This was one POWERFUL session!
