There you go Michael,
That's the beauty of this family of facilitators, we all think different things 
at different times, for example I too would consider myself 'an experienced 
OS-worker' but I relish the juicy challenge of holding the space for two hours, 
because really it's simple - 
"Form a circle, create the agenda! Go to work"
