I've already got such observations from a O.S.facilitator in France who
was upset about an official organisation (conseil régional) who wanted
her to organize a "so-called" O.S. which in fact would be no O.S. (= not
all of the problem as you told below, but with one big distorsion: the
contents of the different workshops of the O.S. were decided before! and
of course without the participants)
aren't you aware about living in a world where only words exist "really"?
so don't use words anymore!

explain what Open Space means!
In this case, they have used the name (Open Space), but nor the
procedures of an OST event, neither the spirit of Open Space.

2015, following up the /Council's communiqué after Yerevan/

open, innovative and creative space for discussion on joint
approaches to face these challenges. It also aims to contribute in a
concrete way to the modernisation of higher education and to build
alliances to reinforce the competitiveness and governance of European
universities. It will allow for policy discussions and practical
working sessions through two main events: a conference on the 3rd of
November on how to reach 20% of student mobility by 2020 while
maintaining the quality of mobility flows; an Open Space on the
4th-5th of November addressing topical issues of universities,
students and stakeholders in the field of the modernisation agenda.
