You can from your favorites menu export your favorites to gpx-files. => Favorite category "folder" / three dots / share /share with application . . Once I have chosen a sharing method for the export, I cannot change it, so please select one that you would like to use also in the future because next time you do an export, Osmand will directly prompt you for the originally chosen way to export.
Before making any re-install you have to find the location of your saved tracks and map data. For the maps I find them under . . . . \osmand \ either in your phone folder structure oron your memory card, depending where you have your data files.
