Hi, I can give you some tips as a non-expert who has contributed small fixes to the spoken instructions.
Firstly, ignore the ogg files. These are only used if the machine-generated voices are not available, which they always are on a modern phone. The file you need to modify is sv/ttsconfig.p This file contains logic, implemented in prolog, which generates a textual form of the voice guidance message. Some of the phrases are identified by names which look like .ogg filenames, but note that these are just arbitrary identifiers - the ogg files are not actually used. This textual phrase then gets handed over to the phone's standard text-to-speech engine. It could be that your pronunciation bug occurs at this layer, outside osmand. It is sometimes useful to change the Android tts settings, for example selecting a different voice, to help understand what osmand is doing.
