In your normal osmand directory - the directory where you store maps -
will be a subdirectory 'voice'. Under there will be sv-tts containing
a standard _ttsconfig.p file.

You could replace that file, and remember to restart osmand to pick up
the change. That works, but the disadvantage is that it osmand will
replace it with a standard version on every app update.

Alternatively, create a new subdirectory sv-my-tts containing your
test file, and change your osmand voice setting to use it.
