I'll try a translation of the crucial part of it in short: Up to now, everything I had to do at the start of a month was go to the "Aktualisierungen" tab (may be "updates") and klick on "Update all".
Now I have to go to "All downloads" - "Europe" and tediously klick through every country and every region to see if there are new "regionalized" parts of a country or county or Bundesland or whatever. And then I have to delete all the country maps and use the regional maps instead - and hope I didn't forget anything or make a mistake because two maps of the same region slow down the system even more and may lead to inconsistencies if they are not the same date ... And this I have to do every month since there is no automatic process to help, not even a black icon on older maps that aren't updated any more. (But a green icon on a country with only an old map loaded but not the up-to-date regional maps ...) Many thanks! And beware, it may go on! Ich habe (da ich viel unterwegs bin) fast ganz Europa geladen, und bei jedem Update-Lauf muss man stundenlang nachschauen, ob denn wirklich alles aktuell ist oder ob schon wieder etwas kleinteiliger geliefert wird. Z.B. wird die Baden-Württemberg-Karte vom 1.9. ja immer noch als aktuell (grün) angezeigt. Muss ich jetzt wirklich jeden Monat ganz Europa über "Alle Downloads" auf neue Kleinteiligkeit checken??? Ist das Ganze nur der Versuch, mehr Kunden für die +-Version zu gewinnen? Dann geht’s nach hinten raus. Ich habe viele Bekannte für OSMAND geworben, die erstmal umsonst vielen probieren konnten und die dann zur +-Version gewechselt sind. Jetzt bekommen die ohne Bezahlung nur noch 2 Bundesländer?? Was sollen die da probieren können? Just my 2 cents ...
