Nicht nur das update mit den Bundesländern klappt nicht mehr, auch die Regierungsbezirke sind im Oktober noch nicht aktualisiert. Bei siner solchen Aufteilung dauert es etwas bis die Organisation wieder rund läuft.
Im Übrigen kann man alle Karten auch manuell herunterladen und installieren, ohne Begrenzung der Anzahl. Das hilft, die Begrenzung der freien Version zu umgehen, das ist offiziell so bekannt.
