That's impressive.  I returned to the GPX you posted earlier and matched 
your settings. The only point of divergence--around Zuidwolde--looks like 
an OSM data error that appears to have since been corrected. 

So if this seems to work, what's your guidance re: creating GPXs on a PC 
for import into OsmAnd?
