I agree that the option doesn't seem to be present on the 
My_Places>My_Favourites  screen as you would expect. But if you create a 
new favourite or edit an existing one then you will see a "select group" 
section in the setup screen for that favourite. At the end of the list of 
current groups is the option to add a new group.
