There is also second problem later on this road. This route and commands from Graphhopper looks ok: https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?engine=graphhopper_car&route=50.24421%2C19.02460%3B50.24569%2C19.02533#map=19/50.24463/19.02489 but osmand shows that you should turn right to go through:
