Hi, perhaps you are updating the files from your home WiFi? One possibility is that your phone is using the 5 GHz wifi band, while the tablet uses the 2.4 GHz.
5 GHz allow much faster transfer rates, up to 300 Mbit/s or more, while 2.4 has more limited speed (but with the advantage of a better propagation and range, especially through the walls). Also using a mobile network, there is a chance, i.e. that your phone uses 5G technology, while the tablet has 4G or less. The difference is in technology capabilities, IMO. Happy pedaling!
