Hi Katie,

Sorting that out would be extremely useful. I never realized that it was so
ambiguous. The Beginner's Guide Stefanie linked to earlier seems to do a
decent, though terse job of getting people up and running. I'd put the Java
install (step 5) first and step 7-11 are completely optional.

Also a link to OSMembrane in the beginners guide, as well as a (link to )
some easy and more advanced usage examples could be helpful.

I can spend a little time on it this week but please get started, I'm sure
a lot of future osmosis users would be grateful.
