What is current the status of OSS on Solaris? OSS is fully functional under Solaris. It is available from 4Front. In addition Sun is working on integration of OSS v4.0 to OpenSolaris.

It can happen if somebody volunteers to write a driver for it or hires 4Front to do it under contract. OSS supports multi channel cards such as M-Audio Delta 1010 and 1010LT. LynxTWO/AES16 are supported by the "closed source" version.
