I added hdaudio_thinkpad_r61.c to OSS. You can pull the latest version 
from the hg server. Remember to re-create the build directory before 
trying to recompile.

You can now edit hdaudio_thinkpad_r61.c to set the initial volumes to 0 
for the microphone inputs.
