Actually Audigy supports 32 bits properly (but requires some tricks in 
the driver). Live! doesn't suport ful PCI addres range and this is 
documented feature (not a bug).

X-Fi is supposed to support full 32 bit PCI address space (unless there 
are some bugs). In addition it can support 64 bit addresses if the page 
size is set to 8k instead of 4k (not implemented in OSS).
