True, but you have to admit, the source code isn't the only thing you would 
get if all of the IP was available & opensourced.  You'd also get the right to 
use the BeOS name.  There would no longer be a reason to check to see if an app 
or driver was compiling for either Haiku or BeOS, you could just bump the 
version number up to whatever version should come after 5.1d(Dano).

Well really it's not needed anymore, Haiku is already on par or even 
better than BeOS in most places.
