Hello Dan, thanks for responding. I indeed ran it with bash, and the config
is just the standard unedited config. It's just a fresh install to get the
agent working;

I just find it weird the standard install script has these errors. If I do
the method suggested above, it will show the error like
"error at line 372 missing [["
If I don't do that, it will show error in line 152. And neither works.
