I expect that GWB, Cheney, Rumsey, Gonzales, and a host of others will
not be traveling to foreign soil any time soon. And if they do, they
will do it like Cheney did, staying on US sovereign soil the entire
time.
There are plenty of people who would not hesitate to arrest them and
send them to a war crimes tribunal.
