Except there is no binding law in the US that requires prosecution for any criminal act. Also the US opted out of portions due to the Bill of Rights. Also his link actually is about dealing with removal of illegal aliens pretty much. They really are stretching. No offense but they just need to shut up and let Obama get in office before they start making demands. They also need to understand there are more important problems right now than a public circus.
