It's the other white meat ;) But seriously it's just the 00's version
of foreign aid spending in the 90's. I had a conversation with a
dittohead by the late 90's and she was harping on about all the
wasteful foreign aid spending that could be better used here at home
until I asked her a simple question, "How much did we spend in
foreign aid last year?" She had no clue. Foreign aid outside of the
DOD's budget is miniscule compared to the overall budget.
