Hi all, I recently installed OTB on Ubuntu 12.04 using the ubuntugis-unstable ppa and I'm getting the following error whenever I try to use any of the command line utilities:
/usr/bin/otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/otb/libotbossimplugins.so.18162.1: undefined symbol: _ZNK28ossimImageHandlerFactoryBase12openOverviewERK13ossimFilename For example this happens when I simply run otbcli_ReadImageInfo -in image.tif I noticed a similar ticket in the QGIS tracker that has not been resolved: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/9243 For reference I followed the installation instructions on OTB's website. According to apt I am installing this: Version: 3.21.20131114-0ppa~precise0+a17487797e5b sudo aptitude install libotb sudo aptitude install otb-bin otb-bin-qt python-otb Any ideas as to the source of the problem or a workaround? Thanks in advance! -- -- Check the OTB FAQ at http://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/FAQ.html You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "otb-users" group.
