Hi, The otb package version number is wrong. You have this PPA installed on your system : https://launchpad.net/~otb/+archive/orfeotoolbox-nightly You should not, it is a test repository, as stated in the PPA description. You need to remove this ppa, then "apt-get update", then reinstall otb packages.
