Hi Julien, thanks for the response. I removed OTB, the PPA and ran apt-get update. My version is now 3.20.0-0ppa~precise3
However, after reinstalling everything I am still getting a symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/otb/libotbossimplugins.so.18162.1: undefined symbol: _ZN16ossimSensorModel12getObsCovMatERK8ossimDptRN6NEWMAT15SymmetricMatrixEd Is this the correct package version number? Thanks!
