I launched the command as requested by Manuel:
"ctest -D Experimental -A CMakeCache.txt"
In the end of the command, I see this:
2392 - siTvLAIAndPROSAILToSensorResponseExampleTest (Failed)
2393 - apTeGenerateAnApplicationExample (Failed)
Performing coverage
Cannot find any coverage files. Ignoring Coverage request.
Create notes file
Add file: CMakeCache.txt
Submit files (using http)
Using HTTP submit method
Drop site:http://dash.orfeo-toolbox.org/submit.php?project=OTB
Uploaded: /home/lwasquel/OTB/OTB-Binary/Testing/20140317-1552/Build.xml
Uploaded: /home/lwasquel/OTB/OTB-Binary/Testing/20140317-1552/Configure.xml

Errors while running CTest
However, I don't see my build in the Dashboard, it should be in "Experimental",
right?
