Loic, It is nice to see the full logs here. Can you try a clean build with :
- FFTW and OTB_USE_SIFTFAST and BUILD_TESTING options set to OFF, while BUILD_SHARED_LIBS set to ON - Patch suggested by Julien Malik applied ( you can hg update -r 8e09ba6a3305 , since I comitted the fix).
First, let's try to get you through a full build, we will come back on specific errors later.
Also it seems that your gdal leaks tiff/geotiff symbols : -- Testing if GDAL exposes tiff library symbols -- yes -- Testing if GDAL exposes geotiff library symbols -- yes -- Testing if GDAL exposes jpeg library symbols -- yes -- Testing if GDAL has OGR -- yesThis is not recommended ...
