I can see that I was right : your images are ortho-ready. It means they
cary both sensor model and cartographic information, and the latter will
prevail on the former ... You therfore tries to orthorectify an image
that is already ortho-rectified from the OTB perspective. When working
with ortho-ready images (with both a SRS and a valid sensor model), the
best is to use extented filenames [1] in order to force sensor model to
be taken into account.
For instance, instead of :
otbcli_OpticalCalibration -progress 1 -in
12JAN01081856-P2AS-053414966010_01_P002.TIF -out 12JAN01-P2AS_P002_toc.tif
-level toc -atmo.aerosol urban -atmo.aeronet 120101_120101_ICIPE-Mbita.lev20
Use
otbcli_OpticalCalibration -progress 1 -in
"12JAN01081856-P2AS-053414966010_01_P002.TIF?&skipcarto=true" -out
12JAN01-P2AS_P002_toc.tif -level toc -atmo.aerosol urban -atmo.aeronet
120101_120101_ICIPE-Mbita.lev20
This applies to all steps.

Those with 'console' in the beginning of the file name show the
console output for a specific tool and imagetype (ms, pan, ps), while
those with 'info' in the beginning give the output for the
'ReadImageInfo' tool of the original image file or after each single
processing step.
