Hi Sylvio,

I think this should not happen. Do you have a mean to send me sample files so that I can investigate on my side ?

Thanks,

Julien

Hi Julien,

I have more or less 460 training polygons (0.5 to 50 ha) spread over the entire image.
The image 10km*10km with a spatial resolution 1m.

I launched the process with 3 training polygons, I get the same error.
It could be that the image is too big for OTB ?!

Hi Sylvio,

How large are your training polygons ? If they span a large part of the image (which is 34 bands) they might trick OTB into loading too much of the image into memory.

Hi Rashad,

The OTB's version that I'm using is 4.0 RC. For GDAL : 1.11.0, released 2014/04/16

I tested this command on a raster with 1 or 5 bands and it works.
I don't understand why do not it works for a raster with 34 bands !

Sylvio

Hi Sylvio,

Could you tell version of otb gdal you are using and about how you installed them. For source build of OTB it is very very important to have read at Software guide
