You are right, this was one of my numerous pending messages ... I found
the problem and fixed it :

This is indeed due to some methods migrating up in the ITK hierarchy
when switching to ITK 4.0. It should also solve Silvio problem. Many
thanks to both of view for the catch.
We ought to release a 4.0.1 with this patch included anytime soon.
