It seems that there is a problem with the new OTB when using big images.
You can use the previous version 3.20 and i believe it will work fine.

Hi,

This is something I do not enjoy reading ... OTB is definitively about handling big images, so if there is a problem with big images in the learning framework we need to track it down (I will, asap). Meanwhile, your assertion is not generally true : I processed a lot of large images for segmentation, pan-sharpening, textures, ortho-rectification with OTB 4.0, which worked like a charm.

Anyway, I would need your help to track the issue since we did not experience it on our side for now. For a start, I need as much information as possible on your data, system, OTB, and operations you are doing.

But I would rather avoid advising to switch back to 3.20 ...

Thanks,

Regards,

Julien
