Hello, I have a question regarding to the percentage of the band histogram that is clipped to obtain a lower intensity threshold. When loading an image in the Monteverdi GUI, images are automatically clipped with 2% at both ends of all bands. This is easily changed by using the min/max function. However, when I process files through a batch file (the exact large-scale meanshift segmentation framework), all images are also clipped with the 2% at both ends in step 1 (meanshift smoothing). Is there a way to disable this clipping with batch file commands to just use the min/max of the all bands? I am now missing some segments in shadow areas, which this clipping seems to make worse.
I've attached the window in the Monteverdi GUI where this setting can be adjusted. Many thanks in advance!
