Hi Kathleen. Some activiities that you can do sitting or standing would be to perform activities /c the use of light weights on their wrist such as cooking, reaching for itmes in the cabinets and dressing. Looking at the dx you have, I would suggest performing ROM activities /c a dowel. Add light weights to the dowel as well. This helps to strenthen and icrease endurance. If you have an UE bike--that would be good too. I don't know what type of equipment you guys have so that's all the help I can give. Good Luck. ~Chalya Rader, OTS~
