What can't we do??? :) I tend to see more contracture management and feeding difficulties cases. I do a lot of adaptive equipment training and transfer training for the caregiver/family (hospice is not there all day in most cases). Therapy services are reimbursed if we don't use the same medical dx as hospice (with my company).
