Ron, sorry about your change in circumstances! all the best for finding another position...there is a shortage of therapists here in the state of Victoria Australia, if you're considering a change of scene. Your comments about the "replaceability" of someone who teaches a more general OT subject has got me thinking:
Is there still a place for generalist OT practitioners in the current climate? If not (and I hope not) does that mean we will all have to go down the "specialty" path?
