[OTlist] community assertive outreach teams

Hi, I am a mature student currently on work placement  within a community assertive outreach team in the UK. I am having difficulty finding any literature/evidence re: the role of OT's specifically within this area of work. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also if anyone has advice on assessment strategies /tools used within this setting.    Thanks   Mary
