[OTlist] working for MDs

Is there anyone on the list who is directly employed by an MD, or knows 
anyone who is?
There is a doctor who wants to hire me to treat his patients, but someone 
told him that
if he prescribed OT and then made a profit off the therapy it would be 
considered a
kickback and would be unethical.  Right now his patients are mainly 
medicare, but he wants
to branch out to worker's comp, personal injury, and private 
insurance.  Does anyone know
what the ramifications of him hiring his own personal OT would be?  What 
about contracting
as an OT rather than being his employee?
