PLEASE HELP -- Okay all, this is my second request since I did not get a response the first time.
Does anyone have an idea of what OTRs in this practice setting are being paid? I am looking for an hourly rate. The position in question is in an outpatient ortho clinic in an industrial setting. The job would include treatment as well as on the floor ergonomic consulting and closely working with ortho physicians/surgeons. The candidate for the position has a masters of science in OT along with clinical experience including 8 months specializing in the upper extremity.
