Ron,

Are you asking for a definition for OT referrals in general or just for 
your private practice.  It would seem if you are looking for marketing 
strategies for your practice, you could expand the definition to 
readily  assess and address the LE deficits because You DO address these 
things.  While MOST may not, that is what would make your practice 
different and marketable, seems to me.  Maybe, you have your own 
definition already...it shouldn't be what MOST OT's do, but what You and 
your practice do.
