Hi Jesus, You can define the order of the dynamic fields in the Admin panel in the Dynamic Field section, the order there is the default order they should appear in all the screens.
If you want to change the specific order in just one screen then I suggest to do it as Alvaro mention, look at the corresponding .tt and customize it. http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/developer/stable/en/html/TemplatingMechanism.html#using-templates <http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/developer/stable/en/html/TemplatingMechanism.html#using-templates> AgentTicketPhone.tt already have commented code to customize the order of the dynamic fields. The best practice will be to copy the .tt file to another directory customize it and create a OPM package. http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/developer/stable/en/html/package-building.html <http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/developer/stable/en/html/package-building.html> The advantage of the package is that if you update to a new (minor) version of OTRS you can reinstall the package without loosing your changes. The best relative path to do this customization will be in Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/AgentTicketPhone.tt ((enjoy)) Carlos Rodríguez > On Oct 21, 2016, at 5:01 PM, Jesus Rivera <[email protected]> wrote: > > Thanks for the prompt response, I am using the version 5 of OTRS, I do not > know much to change themes ...
