Think of the following situation: Around 500users at Active Directory and approximately 20queues available. I want 3-4 of these queues to be available and seen only by 10-20 users. I understand that I can achieve this by “Customer User<->Groups” but the list only shows 200 users of the 500. Is there a way to change this? Furthermore I would prefer to be able to change this by a configuration file so that I can have better control because on the users and the lists because I believe it’s easier to make a mistake on the GUI.
