I ran otrs.CheckModules and no error was shown (only oracle and MySQL database modules are missing, but it’s ok because I’m using PostgreSQL).
OTRS uses SysLog but I can’t find any error log. But I did all items of your list. I have deleted expired sessions too. No error shown in access_log, error_log, ssl_access_log and ssl_request_log. Any other help hand ?
