Unfortunately, I can't tell you where it comes from. I could think of a
module that asks for another module, but in the wrong place. It isn't
one of the modules that OTRS tests, because the very first to test is
CGI.pm. OTRS isn't asking for anything of the above.

I'd say you might want to go ahead with the installation and see if it
works?
