Have you tried to load all of your CPAN modules and then try to perform a checkmodules script to make sure everything is okay?

I needed to change the path information in the startup script. Now I have another problem. It's looking for Apache/DBI.pm. As far as I know though, I wasn't using that. I could be wrong though.
