Hi, What did you write the scripts in? I'm running otrs under red hat, but am somewhat of a linux newbie. The possibilities seem endless for setting something like this up - I'd like to hear the details.

Also wrote a script for extracting customer name, ticket subject and sending it with sms_client for paging ticket owners using a generic agent. It should be easy to combine both in a simple add-on script for displaying the infos.
